1. Geological survey and mineral exploration

2. Exploitation and utilization of mineral resources

The total number of mines in the city shall be controlled below 12, all of which are stone mines for construction. The total amount of gravel mining shall be controlled below 2.8 million cubic meters per year, and the proportion of large and medium-sized mines shall be maintained at 100%.

3. Protection and control of the geological environment in mines

The recovery and control rate of geological environment in mines left over from history reached 45%, and 100% of new (expanded) mines were built and mined.

As soon as geological disaster sites in mines are discovered and treated in a timely manner, the occurrence rate of secondary geological disasters in mines will obviously decrease, and the total discharge of pollutants in major mining areas (mines) will conform to the total emission control targets set by the provincial and municipal governments.

The annual output of ore is about 600,000 cubic meters, and the mining output is about 30 million.

Shuitou stone processing and mining economic zone: with shuitou town as the center, it has more than 1,350 stone processing enterprises and 233 over the scale.

In 2015, it produced more than 97 million square meters of decorative stone with an annual industrial output value of about 15 billion yuan. Industrial output is expected to reach 20 billion yuan in 2020 and 25 billion yuan in 2025.

Designated mining area

In order to minimize the environmental disturbance and damage caused by sand, stone and soil mines used for construction, the development and utilization of stone materials used for construction in this city were planned and distributed, with 9 permitted mining areas and 3 alternative mining areas demarcated.

Three alternative mining areas for temporary ore use are set up (SC10 -- SC12), among which no. 2 xiaoguangshan town, shijing town, is the machine-made sand (column 4).

The three alternative areas are all located in yuanqian village of shijing town, namely: mianhu mountain of shijing town, xiaoguangshan no.1 of shijing town, and xiaoguangshan no.2 of shijing town.

It is designed to provide 90 million cubic meters of earth and stone for the reclamation of xiamen xiang 'an airport and nanan strait eco-tech city.

Promote the construction of green mines

1. To complete the construction of this city's green mining demonstration zone by 2019, basically establish the green mine standard system and management system, and study and issue supporting incentive and restraint policies for green mine construction.

2. By 2020, a green mining pattern will be basically formed. Over 70% of the large and medium-sized mines in the city will basically meet the green mining construction standards.

3. By 2025, more than 80 percent of the city's large and medium-sized mines will have reached the standard for green mine construction, the level of resource conservation and intensive utilization will be significantly improved, the mine environment will be effectively protected, the level of land reclamation in mining areas will be comprehensively improved, and mining enterprises will develop in harmony with local governments.
